Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only for unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
  • Any damaged, incorrect, or defective items received must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving approval, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@giuliasbeautycare.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
